2. What data we collect

This website does not have contact forms or account sign-up — enquiries are made via WhatsApp or email, which are handled directly through WhatsApp/your email provider, not stored on this website. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data (see Section 5).

If you book a paid event or product, payment is handled by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted page — DeskSpace does not receive or store your card details. Stripe’s own privacy policy governs that data.

3. Legal Basis

• Your consent for the use of non-essential cookies (e.g. analytics)
• Our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us directly by WhatsApp or email

4. Data Retention

We do not store personal data submitted through this website, since there are no forms. Any WhatsApp or email correspondence is retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, in line with WhatsApp’s and your email provider’s own retention practices.

5. Cookies and Analytics

This website uses essential cookies needed for it to function, and — only if you accept them via the cookie banner — Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Analytics cookies are not set until you consent. See our Cookie Policy for details.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by trusted third parties necessary for the site to function, including our hosting provider (Netlify), our content management system (Sanity), Google Analytics (if you consent), and Stripe for event/product payments. Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area; appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with GDPR.

7. User Rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to processing, and request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at angus@deskspace.es. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

8. Automated Decision-Making

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
